1. Our principle

Anxiety Quest is privacy-friendly by design. We collect no personal data on our own servers, require no account, and use no tracking and no ad networks. Your progress and journal data stay on your device.

3. What data and where

• Progress & journal (completed dares, streak, notes, mood): stored only locally on your device. Optionally synced across your Apple devices via your personal iCloud. This is processed by Apple based on your Apple ID; we have no access to it.
• Notifications/reminders: scheduled purely locally on the device. Optional and can be turned off anytime. No data is sent to us.
• Purchases & subscriptions: handled through the Apple App Store (payment processed by Apple). To manage subscription status we use RevenueCat, which processes pseudonymous identifiers (e.g. an anonymous app user ID and purchase/transaction data). No real name or email is transmitted.

4. No analytics, no tracking

We do not embed any analytics, tracking or advertising SDKs, and we do not share data for advertising purposes.

5. Legal bases

Where processing occurs, it is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of the subscription contract) and (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a functional, secure app).

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object. As your app data is stored locally, you can delete it anytime by removing the app (or resetting it in the app settings) and, if applicable, removing iCloud data in your iCloud settings. 8. Children

The app is not directed at children under 16.

9. Changes

We update this policy when the app or legal requirements change. The version published here applies.
