How do I scan a product?
- Tap "Start new scan" on the home screen
- Photograph the product (front + label recommended)
- The AI identifies the product and estimates the market price automatically
How do I connect my eBay account?
- Settings → eBay Account → Connect
- You'll be redirected to eBay's sign-in page
- Sign in with your eBay credentials
- Allow ResellEngine AI access
How do I publish a listing to eBay?
- Scan a product or open an existing draft
- Review and edit title, description, price, and item specifics
- Tap "Publish to eBay"
What fees apply?
ResellEngine AI itself doesn't charge any publishing fees. eBay charges its own insertion fees and final value fees. Details: eBay seller fees.
How do I delete my data?
- Drafts: Settings → Delete all drafts
- eBay connection: Settings → eBay Account → Disconnect
- All data: Settings → Delete account, or uninstall the app
How does the subscription work?
We offer three tiers:
- Free: 3 scans per month — free
- Pro: 50 scans per month — €5.99/month or €49.99/year
- Power: 500 scans per month — €14.99/month or €119.99/year
Billing is handled by your Apple account. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings → Subscriptions.
My scan isn't working — what should I do?
- Check your internet connection
- Force-quit and restart the app
- Ensure photos are sharp and well-lit
- If the issue persists: email us at resell.engineai@gmail.com with a photo and description
